CURE Protocol SMS Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 2026-09-30
1. Program description
Ultimate Chemicals offers an optional CURE Protocol SMS notification containing a secure link to a completed CURE report.
This is a transactional report notification service. It is not a marketing program or a recurring SMS subscription.
2. How consent works
To request a text, you enter a mobile number, including its country code, and actively select the SMS checkbox on the CURE report submission form.
The checkbox begins unchecked.
Entering a telephone number alone will not authorize messaging.
Consent applies only to the specific report submission for which you selected SMS.
You must make a fresh choice for every new report submission.
SMS consent is not required to submit a CURE report.
Provide a number you own or are authorized to use for this purpose.
3. Message frequency
You will receive one automated report-ready notification for each submission for which you specifically request SMS, provided a completed report is available and messaging to your number is permitted.
We will not send a separate text merely to confirm your selection of the website checkbox.
Replies you initiate, such as STOP, START, UNSTOP, or HELP, may generate an automatic administrative response from the messaging provider. These responses do not enroll you in an ongoing notification program.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Contact your carrier for questions about charges.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP to the CURE sending number to opt out of further CURE report SMS notifications to your number.
A messaging provider may send an automatic acknowledgment of your opt-out. We will not send a duplicate application acknowledgment when the provider has already handled it.
Opting out will not cancel your report submission or, by itself, delete your report.
6. START and UNSTOP
After opting out, checking the SMS box on another web submission will not automatically remove a Twilio or carrier messaging block.
Sending START or UNSTOP to the same sending number may restore messaging eligibility, subject to the provider’s and carrier’s behavior.
Restoring eligibility does not create consent for an unrelated CURE report, enroll you in recurring messages, or authorize marketing.
Report-specific consent through the CURE submission form will still be required.
7. Help
Reply HELP for CURE Protocol assistance when supported, or contact: cureapp@ultimatechemicals.com
Text responses may be limited by your opt-out status or carrier behavior. You can use the support email whether or not SMS is available.
8. Report processing and access
A report-ready notification will be sent only after the report has been completed, stored successfully, and made available through its secure access link.
If the uploaded report cannot be processed automatically, no report-ready SMS is sent while no completed report exists. The original upload and available failure information are retained for authorized review when storage succeeds. Contact support for assistance.
Report links are intended for the recipient and anyone the recipient chooses to authorize. Anyone possessing a valid link may be able to access that report. Keep the link private.
Links may expire or be revoked. Contact support if you need help accessing your report.
9. Delivery limitations
SMS delivery depends on participating carriers, network availability, a valid reachable number, and messaging eligibility. Messages may be delayed, blocked, or undelivered.
Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The service does not guarantee an immediate response to ordinary text replies. Use cureapp@ultimatechemicals.com for support.
10. Privacy
The CURE Protocol Privacy Policy explains the collection and use of submission, report, mobile number, consent, and delivery information.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or transferred for another party’s independent use. Necessary service providers may process information to provide and administer the CURE service.
11. Changes to the program
These terms may be updated when the program changes. Updates will not expand existing report-specific consent to marketing, recurring messages, or unrelated reports.
